Most OP Pokemon?

Mega Rayquaza is OP as hell. Had to be kicked out of Ubers.

I don't think there's really a single pokemon that dominates OU. There's occasionally a pokemon that ends up dominating the lower tiers and it just gets banned/moved up. There's a bunch of "best" OU, but nothing really that another OU team can't beat.

However, I do think Entei shits on a lot of teams including stall teams and is underused in OU.

And because it has a decent attack and monstrous move set. E speed, sacred fire, bull doze. Sacred fire has a 50% chance to burn and still hits stall teams really hard. The go to switch in for stall teams is that water absorb/unware pokemon to which it still does 30-40% depsite type resistance. Top that off with the chance to burn and you've broken the entire team.

It's UU. I feel like it should honestly be higher, but maybe there a lot of counters to it or something.

Mewtwo really isn't even that OP in Ubers. Latios is better as an offensive Psychic type and it's Mega X form is outclassed by Mega Lucario.
