Most overrated character (power-wise)

Tien - Obvious reasons.

Future Trunks - Some people still believe he was actually stronger than Vegeta and put USSJ Trunks on par with SSJ2 Gohan/SPC.

Mr. Satan (Hercule) - Just cuz he won a Tenkaichi Budokai (filled with pansy-ass normal humans) people assume he's on par with the likes of Nam or King Chappa.

Videl - Some people tend to think she can take the entirety of OG Dragon Ball just cuz she knows bukujutsu.

Broly - Some people seriously think he can take on The God of Destruction Beerus.

Out of the options listed, it's Broly by far. Tenshinhan is a close second, but his bloating is mostly confined to Krillin comparisons.

Out of those listed, Broly as far as overration in official material, especially video games. As far as fan overration goes, he's still a top contender, especially when people use the dub to try and say he's a Galaxy buster, or people saying he's a good character when he has even stupider motives than notoriously terrible anime villains like Aizen or Obito. Tenshinhan is a close second.

Outside of those on the list, Goku due to Toei fapping.
