Most underrated character (power-wise)

Krillin - Some people still have a serious problem with accepting him as the strongest (pure) earthling.

Chi-Chi - It's a shock Chi-Chi vs. Videl is still a common debate, or people believing she's not even comparable to fighters from the early volumes. She literally gets no respect.

Goten and Trunks - Some people have them as low as Freeza Saga Goku

Pan - Whatever hate for her character is justified (for GT, anyways) but people low her even as low as Namek Saga tier.

Broly - Some people seriously think M10 Broly is weaker than Cell.

Who is the most underrated power-wise to you?

Pan, and also a lot of GT characters, including Super Vegeta-Baby 1. Androids #19 and #20 are also underrated in my opinion.

Um, what? If anything Broly is overrated. I don't see any reason why Broly would be above Super Perfect Cell, especially since Gohan never used SSJ2 against him (for some reason).

While I do agree Broly doesn't need to be stronger than Super Perfect Cell, Gohan did use Super Saiyan 2 against Broly in Movie 10.

Every time a Saiyan went SS2 there would be sparks. Gohan emitted sparks at the Cell Games and emitted sparks when he was demonstrating his power to Kibito. Goku and Vegeta emitted sparks during their clash in the Boo arc. Vegeta emitted sparks against Beerus. I can't remember one time when sparks wasn't present with an SSJ2.

Sparks are never a requirement for Toei Animation like they are in the manga.^

Anyway, I'd say Pan. It's laughable how many people are content with nerfing her to early Namek levels even by late GT. Completely laughable. They ignore all of her feats and focus solely on her holding #20, and even then they say it was a surprise and cite #16 holding Cell. Oh, and "lol gt", of course.

Chi-Chi is underrated because of her total lack of fighting presence after the 23rd TB. Because she doesn't fight it means she's weaker than Videl for some reason.

Movie 10 Gohan's appearance is literally taken from his early Budokai appearanc. It goes as far as to have his SSJ self have two bangs of hair (which was it was like in the early part his appearance) and to share the exact same appearance of his SSJ2 self. There's even direct pictures showing the difference between SSj and SSj2 Gohan in the movies.

Which I'd get but I'll let someone else do that if need because cause I'm a lazy fucker.

Anyways, Pan I wouldn't be surprise is the winner but I don't have enough intel on GT so I'll leave that be for now. Broly is probably just as overrated as he is underrated. You have people thinking Movie 8 Broly weaker than Cell Games Goku or Movie 10 Broly around the same level as Fat Boo.

I think people may actually overrate Krillin more when it comes to power but still underestimate him by making him weaker than Tenshinhan despite evidence against it.

Krillin - Most people think he's like his TFS counterpart, yet don't give any credit for trying. He's knows he can't do much but tries anyway. Give him points for that.

Yamcha - People constantly shit on him when he's one of the strongest normal humans.

Chi-Chi - Most people put her down for her "Nagginess" when she can kick Mr. Satan & Videl's ass simultaneously

Goten & Trunks - I've seen people put them on Namek Frieza's level and refuse to take their performance against 18 as a legit showing of their power. But nope! They had trouble with Frieza level beings even though when Gohan coached them they were kicking ass and almost blew Piccolo off of his feet when they powered up to their max.

Pan - I don't bloat GT like other people do and I don't take her knocking Rildo down as a legit feat. She punches him once and he's on the ground. She goes for a 2nd punch and he tanks it and floors her. I look at that either Rildo giving her a freebie or didn't expect that.

Broly and underrated shouldn't even go in the same sentence. All the crap surrounding Broly it's impossible for him to be underrated. Being on Super Perfect Cell's level or a bit weaker is fine for me.

He thought being able to move in 10 times gravity was an unbelievable feat. Not saying I go by that, just explaining why some others put him so low.
