Going by Koyama's statement about Broly seeming to be the strongest Saiyan, he ought to be at least above CG SS2 Gohan. Whether it's by enough for him to take both Gohan and Vegeta is arguable, but I'd certainly side more with the idea Broly could rather than Vegeta being enough to shift the scales.

The thing is, you've been allowed back after a ban that was supposed to be permanent through offering a very sincere apology. Most users wouldn't be afforded that luxury after a perma-ban, so joke or not, a condescending remark towards the site's head admin is walking on very thin ice.

While I agree that Movie 10 Broli is likely stronger than SSjin 2 Kid Gohan because they always make the villians the highest power before them, I don't think Koyama's statement is a power comparasion. He basically just said that Broli was made to be the strongest saiyan with him being LSSJ when he was created. His statement here can be the same like when he aais Broli is thr strongest in DBZ or all his biased crap.
