Majin SSJ2 Vegeta

Medium SSJ2 Tier-
SSJ2 CG Gohan
SSJ2 Vegeta

Low SSJ2 Tier-
Buu Saga SSJ2 Gohan

I think in order for you to be a low SSj3 tier you must be at least twice a high SSj2.

There is no low SSJ3 tier (except maybe Fat Boo) because the only normal one is Goku and the other one is a Fusion with an inherent power advantage imo. That's like calling Vegetto, Gotenks or Gogeta high SSJ tier.

He's definitely a high SSJin2 two tier and Grey Boo as well. Majin Buu is the greatest villain of all time!

Grey Boo is low-moderate "normal" SSj3 tier(but not NormalSSJ3 tier ) he absolutely stomped Mr. Boo who did a lot better against Kid Boo than SSj2 Majin Vegeta(a high ssj2 tier) did

Grey Boo isn't enough to be consider as low SSjin3. That spot is for Fat Boo who is nearly twice stronger than Grey Boo.

What Drock said. Pure Evil Boo is right on the borderline, but he's too far below Fat Boo to be included.
