Mr. Popo vs Tenshinhan (BoZ)?

If Tenshinhan wins, then how would he fare against Shen? In which case Shen defeats Tenshinhan, what would the match between Tenshinhan + Mr. Popo vs Shen look like?

Whichever of the two is stronger is entirely assumptive when comparing Popo to 23rd TB Tenshinhan alone is pretty vague. The most we see of Popo compared to the BoZ Earthlings is him casually sparring with Kuririn which says little. Taking into account his anime feats due to a lack of sufficient evidence manga-wise such as literally eating Galu's Kamehameha being even more impressive than Tenshinhan negating Tao's Super Dodonpa with a kiai and the amount by which he'd grown stronger 5 years later being vague, I'd put more stock in Popo winning especially due to superior skill.

Ignoring scouter, Popo should be stronger than Tenshinhan as he should logically closer to someone like Kami despite being way weaker. Tenshinhan also fought evenly with a Goku whose speed did not change since 3 years ago. Popo should win

I'd probably still give this to Popo more times than not. He should have greater skill and control of his power than Tenshinhan would. If they are near equals this would give him an edge.

Mr Popo was dodging Krillin's punches with his hands behind his back. I think this makes him stronger than that Krillin (206) by a huge margin, so I place him at least at 270, which is above BOZ Tien.

I agree that Goku and Piccolo are stronger after the 5 year gap, but there's nothing going against Tenshinhan improving at a higher rate. He had more room to grow after all.
