SSJ Vegeta/initial semi: 50
Fp semi: 60
Perfect Cell faker: 65 to 70
Vegeta ASSJ: 75. Why not?

Many reasons...
-Trunks was surprised Vegeta would use ASSJ from the start and Sixteen questioned how SSJ Vegeta would
perform. Those indicate SSJ Vegeta was on par with Initial Semi Cell.
-The gap between Initial/FP Semi Cell must be bigger, considering, after the power up, he was confident to
take the same guy that had just ragdolled him. That indicates 1.33x-1.5x a gap at least.
-Faker PC was stated by Sixteen to be ''a lot stronger'' than before, not just moderately stronger as you place
it.

I did put them even
Yes lol despite being able to sense Ki he thought that. Its pretty obvious he was full of himself.
60 to 70 is decently stronger he went from being getting toyed level against Vegeta to someone who can rival him with a little disadvantage.

Oh, you put them even. Well, you can't deny a great power up by saying ''he was full of himself'' just because
you want to nerf ASSJ. Also, i forgot, the gap FP Semi Cell/ASSJ Vegeta must be bigger, considering Vegeta's
tanking feat.

He was though he can sense Ki he should automatically know Vegeta is stronger Piccolo and everyone else did.
It can be further moved to a 1.65x boost to cover up for the tanking feat but this is why I said 65 to 70 I doubt it would go near 2x thats a huge deference in power especially for a failed form. This is different for ussj because itonly focused on power

In the series, it's not even referred to as anything but Super-Saiyan. Only the guidebooks later labelled it MSSj (I think), so I definitely don't think there was any change.

50 and 75 is a huge and surprising difference as well (a little smaller than SSJG Goku and full power Beerus) I can totally see why it would surprise Piccolo. Plus achieving a level above SSJ is surprising enough. It doesn't HAVE to be 2x

Your power is suppose to increase when you are powering up. That just means he hadn't finished powering up yet.

I thought Semi Cell's boost from Initial to FP is a little moderate. He was like ''okay, now, i'll fight for real'',
which means that he hadn't been fighting for real, so he hadn't been using nearly all his power. I feel it's more
like 1.5x a boost.
