Mufasa vs Simba vs Scar vs Nala vs Rafiki vs Pumba vs Hyena?

Mufasa ~ Simba > Scar >/>> Nala >> Pumba ~ Hyena > Rafiki
Mufasa was treat as the ruler of the pride, something a superior lion can become by overthrowing it's leader, yet Scar failed to do so and had to resort to schemes to become leader, making it apparent Mufasa > Scar. Simba ought to be comparable to his dad seeing as he seemed superior to Scar. Lionesses aren't as strong as male lions, so Nala's below them. As for Pumba, a Warthog, VS Hyena it can go either way, though a Warthog's tusks generally allow them to hold the advantage. A mandrill like Rafiki holds no unique factors that can allow him to hold his own against a warthog or hyena for too long unless relying on tools, so he ranks at the bottom.

Don't forget that this is The Lion King, so scientific facts and laws don't necessarily apply. See: Rafiki stomping multiple hyenas simultaneously because he's a master of some form of martial arts.
Nala managed to take down Simba before he learned to toughen up with Pumba and Timon, so skill has some effect here as well. Despite her toughness, Nala was terrified of Scar, and I doubt that was just because he had an army of hyenas to back him.
Simba and Scar were roughly even in my estimate. They each dealt damage, but Scar was the one that won out before the final resort flip that Simba learned from Nala. On top of that, he tumbled all the way down Pride Rock and survived with some dizziness.
Scar obviously wanted nothing to do with Mufasa and had to resort to nefarious means to dispose of him, and it still took a giant stampede to actually kill him after he'd fallen from a great height off a cliff.
