Well, to be fair, Akkuman was never confirmed to be unconscious, so maybe the gap was not exactly the one shotting one.

Whether he is conscious or not doesn't really alter the power here imo. The way the scene is portrayed is that it's a ridiculous gap, even bigger than Goku vs the Mummy. The gap is tremendous.
