I don't see why Shin would be retconned in a Base Saiyans > Piccolo scenario tbh.

2. I don't see why Shin would be retconned in a Base Saiyans > Piccolo scenario tbh.

1. Piccolo would have commented on it if he thought he had surpassed Goku.
2. Because, if you want to go with Piccolo meaning power when he talked about
''different dimensions'', Shin has to be hugely above Piccolo.
