[SSJ2]

Looks good to me. What do you have Freeza (increased speed) at?

[ahill]

Looks good, I only disagree with the notion of 3rd form Freeza having a full power not shown. Do you think Gohan's blast = Masenko?

[withheldforprivacy]

Gohan's blast was called ''full power'' which means it was the strongest blast he could muster, so it's stronger than Massenko, which was
implied to be considerably above Enraged Gohan at Saiyans Saga. That's why it made more sense to give 3rd Freeza two levels of effort.
Also, Freeza's expression against Piccolo looked like he was toying, whereas against Gohan's blast was like WTF.

[Super Neko Majin Z]

Why is non-enraged Gohan so high after his Zenkai? His normal state gets a 2.75x boost and his enraged state only gets a 1.65x boost. I also feel like enraged Gohan is a bit too close to F3 Frieza after his Zenkai.

-When Gohan received the zenkai, Vegeta had some hope and he didn't seem to count on Gohan getting mad again.
-Enraged boosts are unpredictable, with no certain multiplier.
-F3 Freeza did not totally speedblitz Enraged Gohan, like with Piccolo. He dodged the initial kick, but Gohan reacted right away.

do you have a SSJ3 Goku > Ultimate Gohan list?

I don't remember. Probably. Look at my older list in this section.
