This list is based on the ideas i found at Bringer Of Death fanfic and i improved them by myself.
KAIOKEN
It has its limits. Past 3 million units of base power, it becomes less andd less effective, until it's useless. That's why Piccolo an Cell never
bothered with it.
EVOLUTION OF SAIYANS' POWER
The limits of what a normal Saiyan is supposed to be capable of is at the few tens of thousands (say 30k-50k). Very few gifted Saiyans have
ever reached that plateau. As one approaches this limit, his gains/zenkais diminish (remember Vegeta's zenkai against Zarbon was not really
great). When one breaks that wall, his potential is reset and his gains/zenkais skyrocket. The new plateau is about 5 million. Somewhere along
the way, if the trigger is right, he unlocks the SSJ transformation, the plateau is reset and the gains/zenkais once more skyrocket.
SUPER SAIYAN BOOST
It is not a multiplier. If it was, it would be specifically stated, like it was stated with Oozaru (10x) or Kaioken N (Nx). Since no multiplier is
mentioned, AT did not intend it to work this way. It gives all the user access to the same pool of newfound power (150 million) regarless of
the previous level, which is why unmastered super saiyans are more or less all at the same ballpark.
ANROIDS
Future Gohan was at low SSJ tier. Androids fought him with half their power or so, making the fights look even and giving him a false hope of
being able to win next time if he could get even a little stronger. So, both present and future, Anroids are about 2x low SSJ tier.

approach this limit, Goku realizes that merely increasing base power no longer makes that much a difference overall, because SSJ boost
is so much greater, so he concludes ''there is no way to win'' unless he can achieve something beyond SSJ.

CELL'S ABSORPTIONS
When he absorbs Seventeen, his second form's initial power is his first form's base power (350m) plus Seventeen's power (320m). Of course,
once more, he can go SSJ on the top of that, which he does against ASSJ Vegeta.
Semi Perfect Cell

SSJ GRADE FORMS
Grade forms are like kaioken for Super Saiyans. ASSJ is equivalent to KK1.5x. USSJ1 (the one Trunks uses while waiting for Krillin to
rescue Vegeta) is equivalent to KK2x. USSJ2 (the even more buffed one, with the heavy speed loss) is equivalent to KK3x. After one
unlocks grade forms, his access to SSJ pool slowly increases to 500m an his base power's limit is reset to 200m. Vegeta did not exit
ROSAT right after going beyond SSJ, but stayed an trained that new situation to its limits. Like kaioken, grade forms become less
effective as power increases.

Vegeta thought he could beat). However, now that he is perfect, he can power up much more, even in his base. His buffed form he uses
without going SSJ is something equivalent to USSJ boost, but, because of his high PL, it is less effective than Trunkses (1.33x).

MASTERING SSJ
Goku realized one cannot exploit the full SSJ potential by focusing on grade forms' raw power, so he discards them and tries to make SSJ
his natural state. As a result, his access to SSJ pool of power increases to 3.5 billion units, which is the absolute max one can get from
SSJ. Also, his base power's potential increases to 1 billion, which is the absolute limit of a Saiyan's base power. After achieving the above,
a Saiyan cannot increase his base/SSJ power anymore, in any way. That's why Goku, who does not know about SSJ2 yet, does not go into
the spirit room again.

SEMI MASTERED SSJ

CELL GAMES
In his perfect form, Cell can access the full 3.5b units of SSJ pool, which he does against Goku. What he calls his full power (and uses
when he is about to fight SSJ2 Gohan) is ASSJ (his muscles buff a little, which is more visible in the anime), but, because of his high
power, is even less effective than Vegeta's/Trunkses. Goku could probably go ASSJ on the top of FPSSJ too, but preferred FPSSJ balance
wise. The awkward form Cell uses in desperation is his USSJ on top of FPSSJ, but, at this stage of power, further buffing hardly
benefits him anymore.

SSJ2
When one goes SSJ2 for the fisrt time, he initially accesses a pool of 4.5b units, but can access 4.5b more units if he gets really into it.
By training SSJ2, one can gain free access at will at the whole 9b pool of SSJ2 power. Cell, after returning from near death, gains the
initial 4.5b SSJ2 addition to his FPSSJ 5b level and is defeated with Vegeta's help.

BABIDI SAGA
At the beginning of the saga: Goku has mastered SSJ2 and can access the full SSJ2 pool. Vegeta has SSJ2, but can only access the initial
4.5b pool. He gains access to the rest 4.5b only after tha majin charm.
Gohan's base and SSJ are unaffected by his slacking off, but he can now only become a pseudo SSJ2 an access half of the initial
SSJ2 pool (2.25b). The kids are obviously FPSSJ, but their base powers, which are at Eighteen's tier, make them overall somewhat weaker
than the adults.

Pseudo SSJ2 Gohan provided 45% of Buu's power, so Fat Buu is just somewhat above FPSSJ2s and prevailed with his magical abilities. My
fusion multiplier is 40x weakest PL.

SSJ3
When one transforms, he initially gains access to a pool of 4.5b units, which brings Goku to 18b. However, by keeping powering up, the
access increases and it takes one minute to access the whole huge pool of SSJ3 energy (Goku did not have that time against Super Buu,
which is why he said they were done for if they tried fighting him). This form raises a Saiyan beyond his normal limits (FPSSJ2) and is
the absolute most a mortal (no god status) Saiyan can do by any natural or magical means. Old Kai's ritual was just another way of
bringing Gohan to that level, without the need to transform and strain his body. Therefore FPSSJ3 Goku=Mystic Gohan
