1 on 1, I'd give it to Bardock if he destroys one of their limbs, since regenerating it will open up a difference in Ki. If it's after his "battle" with Dodoria, I'd say Bardock takes it even without that strategy, since I'd say surviving a blast at least twice as strong as you is enough to warrant a Zenkai.

3 on 1 though, the Namekians will make him their bitch.
