Same reasoning as in TFS, though since this is serious Nappa, he doesn't become producer.

I imagine he'd first start destroying cities until Piccolo, Gohan and Vegeta arrive. He'd then learn the situation and decide to submit. I imagine he'd live at Capsule Corp. like Vegeta.
The question is though, would he ever become relevant? At this point, all the active fighters in the cast would be far stronger than him. Do you believe resolve and Saiyan blood would be enough for him to ever factor into the story much? (At least pre-Super. Super Nappa could probably become SSG tier from a Rosat trip going by typical Super gains)

He's a hothead and an incompetent fighter to begin with, so I doubt he would ever amount to much.

I think he'd die again soon. Once he sees Vegeta, he gets so obsessed with revenge that
he keeps attacking, refusing to see he's outclassed, until Vegeta gets bored and kills him.
If he lives, i don't think he stays at Capsule Corp; Bulma has no reason to invite him. He
probably lives as a super powerful hobo. As for his relevance, he logically mustn't be able
to go above 60.000, unless the plot decides to make him competent.

Seriously, Nappa would get some bullshit hax, be a minor threat, and be used as a conduit for "if you thought he was strong there are some robotz in the future I'd like you to meet."
