Goku’s KHH didn’t just hit and negate Nappa’s, it went right through it and hit Nappa. Even if they both had no amp, Goku is the clear superior here. Giving Nappa amp just enlarges the gap.

Maybe if we had a better detailed fight, but these quick scuffles barely mean anything. Goku specifically mentions Nappa’s durability. If they were equal PLs, wouldn’t this durability put Vegeta at a disvantage?

We got overwhelming evidence from multiple characters that Goku vs Nappa wouldn’t determine a winner for a long period of time. It would be a long drawn out fight. That’s only possible if they are very close rivals.

You just debunked your own argument and said "But yeah he should be 8k anyway". If Goku is barely above 8100, why at at 8000 or more Nappa is surely going to lose? He just tanked a Kamehameha head on! He's definitely tougher than Goku, even if his skill falls behind (and that's just a bit, because Nappa is pretty smart when cornering Goku).
