Cool list.

My only issues are that SSJ Trunks is too far from Goku and Vegeta, Imperfect Cell (Pre) is too close to the Androids, and Perfect Cell (Fake Ki) is too close to Vegeta. Android 16 doesn't say that Vegeta might be, or a bit stronger than Cell. He only claims that Vegeta should be better than him at everything. Perfect Cell (Fake ki) being at around 11,000,000,000 works well IMO. SSJ Trunks was said not to be that far from Goku. I feel 415,000,000 is more appropriate for Trunks here.

This is quite outdated up to now at least from Androids Arc ~ Perfect Cell arc.

Great to hear that, though. Also, some positions from this are based on how fit numbers better doesn't had a solid reason behind.
