Natasha's Personal Analysis of SSJ2 Gohan vs Dabura (Anime)

I will exclude Dabura vs Base Gohan because that's clearly an inconsistency and use the main evidence in an attempt to try to grasp their capabilities in this version.

Gohan began dominating Dabura proving to be too fast for him initially. However, he didn't harm him that much:

Dabura eventually surprises him and his punches manages to move him. However, Gohan doesn't even consider it a fight, both of them shows their FP.

Gohan and Dabura trade blows and fight evenly, however, Dabura has to really on ki blasts eventually, but Gohan manages to dodge it. Gohan tries to hit Dabura but it doesn't work. Dabura fires to Gohan a ki blast in an attempt to kill him which impacts him and Gohan falls.

Gohan dropped his guard and has cosmetic damage, he fires Dabura blasts and Dabura discover where he is, however, Gohan ain't that damaged by Dabura's attacks. Dabura asks whether that is the best he can do.

Gohan lacks of skill gives Dabura an edge, however Dabura's punches doesn't damage Gohan that much.

Dabura watches at another place during a fight, which can imply he ain't taking him that seriously. Then, he uses his sword and just cut some hair, Babidi is desperate, Gohan could dodge his sword and eventually broke it.

FP SSJ2 Gohan >= Dabura > Initial SSJ2 Gohan > Dabura

Well, I hadn't though about that. Maybe Gohan was a SSJ initially vs Dabura and then went SSJ2.

But, what confuse me is the narrator opinion about Gohan using his power at full throttle.

Aside from that, Goku states that Gohan did everything he could against Dabura, the narrator stating Gohan is at full throttle, that he is at full power, Daizenshuu saying Dabura is evenly matched with SSJ2 Gohan...

He used the full power he could use at will.

Yes, he could, it ended up being far weaker than before in the proccess on both instances due to not being in top shape. I'm not even sure what you're talking about anymore.

How much clearer can I be? He still had in him all the SSJ2 power he had shown at the Cell Games, but he could draw out only a part of it, unless he got mad.

The power expressed by SSJ2 Gohan against Kibito was clearly far lower than SSJ2 Gohan against Cell. Don't know how this affects Gohan being a SSJ2 vs Dabura.

Against Kibito, he managed to access a greater part of his SSJ2 power than against Dabura (hence the sparks), because he was still a little angry about the Spoppo vs Videl incident.

Nobody ever said that Gohan's power against Kibito was greater than the used against Dabura. Goku states that he did everything he could and Vegeta remarks are expected to tell us that he is opperating to the same level.

And even then you deny all of the statements refering to power just to add your subjective opinion on it, which is the case on here. Gohan was at full effort and full ki/power, I don't know how this benefit your case at all.

Isn't all of Vegeta's expressions supposed to tell us that Gohan against Kibito is as strong as Gohan against Dabura?

You have to be blind to have not realized Vegeta's attitude towards the whole fight with Gohan and Dabura.

Gohan is a Super Saiyan. That’s all he’s ever referenced as against Dabura, he cannot change at will and presumably had to be angry to transform at the Budokai but it’s inconsistent.
If you assume Gohan is a Super Saiyan from Dabura on, it makes a lot more sense. Literally no flaws.

Super Saiyan Majin Vegeta should dominate Dabura and Gohan combined easily.
