Since Broly, Paragus will be canon and potentially Gogeta as well. Who is next then?

Coola would be the most logical option, seeing as how his role as Freeza's brother would fit well into the narrative now that Freeza has an active role, not to mention him being a popular character beforehand. Most likely, his lack of presence will be explained by him not being a prodigy like his brother and father which forced him to take time to rise in power and authority.
Either that, or Yi Xing Long/Omega Shenron due to having some fair appeal amongst GT fans, a fair presence in spinoffs such as video games and the statement of him referring to himself as a Hakaishin perhaps being used for something. Maybe it could be explained that overuse of the Super Dragon Balls indeed produces Minus Energy or they could make him a banished Hakaishin from one of the six destroyed universes who's strength was great enough he had to be sealed away rather than destroyed.
