Good question, though Vegeta only got blitzed once. I based this off of Freeza saying he rose his speed “a little”, but that’s vague.

But Vegeta could see 24k Goku right? Might need to check the manga here.

Yeah I generally aim for 66-70% gap for here.

But if we are using 1.33x for blast that makes me reconsider.

Not sure. We don’t know what blasts need to kill people. If it didn’t work it was going to blow up the planet and (as far as they know) kill him anyway.

Piccolo implies it would kill Freeza though. Freeza won't be so easily killed by a planet exploding on him.

Yeah, along with the whole planet. And even 100% Freeza almost died when Namek blew up.

A cut in half Freeza with barely any health left still survive. Surely a full power Freeza could survive.

So Piccolo implies FBC > Freeza at the end of the day, no?

Freeza did think SSJ Goku could die on the explosion though. Either that, or on the vacuum of space. That might be what Piccolo thought as well since they don’t know he can breathe in space.

Goku can't survive in the vacuum of space, but Freeza can. But Piccolo didn't know that.

But, to counter that, the blast must be strong enough to physically go through Freeza. The only way to go through Freeza is to completely evaporate him. The blast cannot penetrate through the planet without first extinguishing Freeza.

I love it. But that RoSaT Saga is indeed tricky.

Make Goku very weak and his Grade Forms need to be very strong.

Make his Grade 2 Form very strong and you have to make Semi Cell's power up too strong.

Make the Grade 3 Form too strong and you are forced to make Buff Cell's power up too strong.

It's far trickier than I'd imagined initially.

I think it goes through him. Doesn’t have to evaporate: Vegeta fires his Garlic Gun right at Goku, and everybody thought Goku would fire the Kamehameha right at Cell (though the KHH was >>> Cell).

Hell even the Final Flash could’ve blown up the Earth, and it wasn’t even aimed at the planet.

I think they’re the same. Big Bang Attack can’t be more than 1.5x
