No Hakaishin Toppo In Manga

It at least didn't make Toppo a mind-numbingly inconsistent character (the form meant to represent him abandoning "muh justice" takes about two dozen episodes after he basically said "screw justice" to attain) or resulted in the impact and danger of the Final Explosion being made as irrelevant as the Mafuba's drawbacks, so I'd take the blander approach of the manga to the more damaging approach of the anime.

The anime Toppo's problems could've been solved if Toppo had just said he never truly meant to abandon justice until after Freeza shot him in the back or something though (and once-deadly techniques losing their drawbacks was a thing ever since Kami used the Mafuba against Piccolo). In the manga Toppo was just a bland weakling who got one-shotted by the aura explosion of SSJBE Vegeta's power up :punk
