What does AT meant by "there're 3 Kaioshins"? There is Shin and the Elder Kaioshin.

I guess Kibito? Also maybe it needs a Kaioshin [Shin] in order to produce another Kaioshin but Shin probably didn't bother to do that since he has Kibito with him anyway.

Considering the new retconned version of the Kaio/Kaioshin lore, you could interpret that part as referring solely to Kaio.
