Full Power Perfect Cell Senior runs the glove. No healing after each round. If you think NormalCell Senior isn't as strong as I'm implying, make it Super Cell Senior. Participants are all Normal Cell Games level.

1. Super Kaioken Son Gohan (unlimited)
2. Super Kaioken x3 Son Goku (Saiyan arc strain)
3. Super Kaioken x2 Son Goku (unlimited)

I don't see anything that openly contradicts it, especially considering how little of a shit :troll gave about gaps between battle powers even when he used them.

It feels tighter than young Guts' butthole was for :donovan

I just don't think it fits with implications of Gahan >> Galu, as well as Cell having two superior forms prior to his Super form. What are your numbers :CC ?

Even seemingly colossal gaps according to the narrative can be pretty low in retrospect. For instance, Zarbon describing his Monster form as being in a completely different league from Vegeta. Let's also not forget how Part 1's feats line up such as 50% Daimao or a fatigued Majunior being able to solo anyone who wasn't Galu when you bring scouter numbers into the equation for a part of the story they had no ruling in, which can also apply for the series after the Freeza Arc.

What are your numbers :CC ?
MSSJ Goku - 1
MSSJ Gohan - 1.35
SS2 Gohan - 2.7
Perfect Cell (vs. FP Galu/Gohan) - 1.002
Perfect Cell ("Full Speed") - ~1.35
FP Perfect Cell - 1.6
Steroids Perfect Cell - 2.1
Super Fantastic Mega Ultra Shello - 2.6

Cell stomps every round.

I think he was at least thinking on making the tanks more impressive to show a bigger gap, though. I mean, do you really think he didn't think Cell having a bigger advantage over #16 than Vegeta's over #19 with Cell not even budging? Not that he was thinking numerically, but i bet he at least put some thought on it.

I suppose I can't say anything to that. It's tighter than my liking, but we can't all have an overused vagina to fuck.

I'd love to use SSJ2 as a 2x, but SSJG2 already being 2x and Cell failing to make Gohan bleed hold me back on this.

Grade 2 doesn't need to be 2x. I agree, but it's not needed.

I like having it at 2x to give Normal Semi Cell enough room for an impressive power-up.

Whilst that would make sense, you also run into the problem that he wasn't even being consistent whilst he had comparable feats/gaps within the era of battle powers being important. Take into account him having base Goku take more hits against Oozaru Vegeta than Cui or Dodoria did against a far weaker version of Vegeta with an even smaller gap between them.
Of course, I have no problem with using some feats from the BP era of the manga as a loose benchmark, though statements are far more vague in determining any kind of solid gap, plus with the feats regarding Cell VS Gohan, there isn't much I'd recall that'd make a gigantic gap necessary, not when similar feats have been done for less in sections like the Saiyan and early Namek Arc.

And to also have Vegeta/Cell a similiar gap to Vegeta/19. Damn, those fights are literally the same. I wonder if :troll did it on purpose.

Those are are one shot gaps related and very likely had influence of PIS though. One shot has never been consistent on numbers, considering Vegeta one shots a Dodoria who's 80% of him at worst but Freeza doesn't tore Goku in two with his headbutt, while since tanks never happened in the BP era, so it's easier to work around them.

Btw, do you have BP list for Part I and Z, CC?

CC's battle power lists are too destructive to release to the public eye. We can't have mass chaos now.

A fair point, but if one feat category is treated as an outlier, what saves the rest from the same fate? After all, you even said that tanks never happened when battle powers had influence (save for Raditz tanking Piccolo's Ki blast and to an extent Nappa tanking Chaozu's explosion) so is there even much to compare them with for a "tank minimum"?

Probably some old list knocking about somewhere, though I don't really care about battle powers enough to make newer ones, given how it's pretty arbitrary in debating the series if boiling things down to fan-based numbers.

Tanks never showed anything to receive a outlier treatment, though. Raditz' tank may be a base to work with numbers, but Nappa's tank doesn't mean much as explosive waves have never been very effective if at all, see Piccolo Jr on the 23rd Budokai or Vegeta on the end of the Saiyan Arc.
I belive it's safe to assume one who tanked without bleeding and/or budging has a bigger advantage over his foe than one who took a hit and bleed/budged. The numerical gap is subjective, but something can be worked out as it's possible that :troll was still thinking semi numerically with #17's less than half, but it's a shot on the dark.

I saw a good one from Shinden Reborn, but it's from 2013~2014 and i think you may have changed your views on some stuff.

But i understand. Power levels don't mean much unless you're specifically talking about them (Gaps and stuff) and they aren't as catchy as they used to be back in the day.

Which is a shame. Every topic used to be about gaps lol.
