Is there an archive of Oda's interviews? I did a quick search and didn't find anything specific.

Not that I know of, mainly since there's no OP equivalent of Kanzenshuu as of yet. Most Oda interviews that are widely available outside of small articles on misc. sites are the SBS ones, as well as the photos of his work studio.

While on the topic, did SBS end? I feel like I haven't seen it in hundreds of chapters lol.

That's due to the older scans being direct from the Tankoban that the SBS is contained in, whereas once it got current with translations, the scans were from the WSJ magazine. If you want to see the SBS corners for yourself for the later volumes, you'd have to buy the volumes.
