The team takes this quite handily. Shiki alone was someone who it took Garp and Sengoku several days to take down, the former of whom was considered on the same tier as Roger and the latter likely not being far behind based on Sengalu being confident in going after Roger himself. Shiki should already be an extreme-diff situation for Roger 1 V 1, so having a Yonko tier fighter support him is going to be far too much.

What about Oden + Shiki vs Roger + Old Whitebeard?

I’ll have to give it to Roger and WB just because it’s Roger and WB. If they were on different teams then I don’t know which way it could go, not too familiar with Shiki, or most of the Part 2 characters.

In that case, Roger and WB would definitely win. Not only are they the two strongest characters in the series thus far and significantly above Oden, but the range of Whitebeard's quakes would make Shiki's DF irrelevant.

Old Whitebeard had half his head blown off and was still holding his own in Marineford, to me that puts him far ahead of most characters.

I totally agree, but imo Prime WB and Roger were a different beast. I don't think Marineford Whitebeard would be all that far ahead of Kaido in his condition, and Oden was on the verge of killing him. I think Shiki and Roger are near equals, as would Old WB and Oden.

Misread it. I'd probably place Oden above Old WB in all but durability, though WB's quakes are enough to keep both his opponents at bay and allow Roger to deal with Shiki whilst WB fights Oden. With Whitebeard's durability, he should last out long enough for Roger to assist him so long as his health doesn't take a bad turn.
