He still had confidence in fighting Goku after hearing and confirming that he wasn't a normal kid. He shot down nimbus with some bazooka thing but opted to fight Goku with his fists when Goku landed. He took a fighting stance and shit. Sounds like a fighter to me. If you're seriously going to argue that he's not a fighter, then I'm probably finished here.

I think Black is pretty strong, I have him around Devil Man. I have him at about 60% of Goku here the way he gets punched.

I have Battle Jacket Black > Goku by a good margin.

rank. But, then, i thought White also had a greater rank than Purple/Silver (White is general, whereas the other
