Yeah I think that was a translation mistake right? The english says “stronger” but the japanese says “burlier”, as in describing his physical appearance.
They literally say his chi is increasing before that. I'm not sure why the website would say that, it's incredibly obvious that buff Buu is stronger than pure Buu.
