It needs to be high since it matched Goku's 3x KK/KHH and 3x KK Goku stomped Base Vegeta.

It probably can’t be that high due to later feats in the Freeza Saga. If it’s as high as you have it, it contradicts it.

He had all day and even dumped extra Ki into it. It doesn’t take long to charge up plus he gives zero indication he could have done any better and narratively he went all in for a kill shot.

It took him way longer to charge the Gallick Gun against Goku.

Vegeta should be firing off his full capability in all scenarios that warrant it.

Galick Gun, Final Crash, Final Burst Cannon, whatever the attack he used on 2nd Form Freeza, it's all his full power.

Not sure if it was stated, but Vegeta looks like he put his all into that first assault. He wanted to get over Recoome ASAP and went for the overkill.

On the other hand, it’s pretty common for FP blasts to threaten the planet. Final Crash not threatening is weird… But it’s probably because it wasn’t aimed at the ground?
