Wrong. Chi-Chi was blown away by a shockwave, not a "little wind" from his fist. Kame-sennin adresses this directly in the manga:
Chapter: 171, P10.4
Context: after Goku blows Chi-Chi out of the ring, seemingly without doing anything
Kame-sennin: “He didn’t just do nothing...Goku probably pumped his fist with stupendous force…The shockwave-like thing created then blew the girl away before she had time to avoid it…”

Not to mention Goku admitted he placed a lot of power on that punch.

Kame-sennin also calls Chi-Chi a master while she was fighting Goku:

Kame-sennin: “I don’t know quite what’s going on here, but that girl is quite a master…Wh-what’s more, [her style] resembles my own Kame-sen School…”

I named it wrong and you just gave me a source making what I said stronger.

Calling her master means nothing here.

Right, it was meant to knock her out of the ring and yet it almost knocked her out. He wasn't trying to use a lot of power and it still hurt her more than he thought it would.

He easily beats Chiaotzu but definitely gets rekted by Krillin and Krillin should be after Yamcha.

Old Daimao I think will lose to even Chi-Chi and Cyborg Tao.

Kame-sennin calling Chi-Chi a master isn't indicative of her being at Old Piccolo's level though, considering he also seems to condider high of someone like Chapa-o and I doubt a fellow would have to be at old King Piccolo's level only to be considered a master in Roshi's eyes.

The one who called King Chappa a master was Yamcha, not Kame-sennin. What he said was that Goku would have a hard match against Chappa, which is true, since 22rd TB Goku isn't anywhere near his 23rd TB strength.

I didn't say he called King Chappa a master, just that he also seemed to consider high of him. At the 22nd Budokai he also called Tenshinhan and Chaozu super masters beyond the ordinary level, so the usage of the word master does very little to put Chi-Chi at king Piccolo's level. Not saying she isn't, just that arguing such over a praising from Kame-sennin doesn't mean much.

You have to look at the context of the scenes. Yamcha was basing King Chappa's master status merely on reputation and Muten Roshi was merely saying Tien and Chiaotzu were far from ordinary fighters.

Muten Roshi was outright giving Chi-Chi praise from her mere fighting presence. You can still from his shock and disbelief.

The fact Goku was concerned he overdid it doesn't mean it wasn't meant to be much especially considering Krillin, Yamcha, and Muten Roshi's shocked reaction to it's power show otherwise. He wanted something from her and her safety was only a concern after he knocked Chi-Chi out of the ring... in fact, he was pretty relieved about finding out her name by having to beat her up.

Also, Goku wasn't fighting back but he still had to keep on his toes and expand effort into countering, evading, and blocking instead of basically just standing their dodging them.
