I agree with BoDB Goku (Oozaru) > Grandpa Gohan. Realistically, it wouldn't make sense for Gohan to be stronger. As while it's likely that Gohan trained in the Afterlife, Goku trained just as much and if anything a growing boy like Goku should make better gains than an old man passed his prime.
