Young Slug is stated to be above post-fruit Turles, who stomped Kaioken x10 Goku, who's base is considerably above 30,000. 1st form Freeza level is the lowest I could justify post-fruit Turles being, while Saiyan arc Vegeta is only 180,000.

Slug also survived a beating from FSS Goku. Assuming Goku's base is at least around his Ginyu arc level, his FSS form would be 4,500,000. Logically a punch from 4,500,000 would take someone as low as 180,000's head off in a single hit.

And how come Slug didnt beat Goku in one blow if he was at 1 million when Goku was 90k?

Slug was clearly toying with Goku. That's like asking why 50% Freeza didn't kill Base Goku in one hit.

Goku has no reason to toy with Slug.
