I was gonna say the U6 Saiyans could use it, but then i remembered they don't have tails.

Highly doubt it, since much better Saiyan forms are accessible, and the huge size of the ape form can be problematic for the user when faced against speedy foes and large energy attacks. If it becomes relevant again, it would likely be for a gateway to further ascension like with Golden Oozaru to initial Super Saiyan 4.

Considering there's no longer a relevant Saiyan with a tail, I highly doubt it, unless they go the whole hog in terms of fanservice/pandering and bring in a God level Bardock in the next arc
