As SSJ2 said, Goku's level is all that matters, and there's indeed no reason to believe it differs at all from his CG self when nothing in either M8 or the Hatchiyack OVA nor any assumptive speculation on the timeline would lead it to be any different. Considering that, it wouldn't really make a difference which version of Vegeta and Trunks these non-canon versions drew from, as they'd get stomped just as badly by a guy who can tool MSSJ Galu.

I don't think it's necessary for Trunks/Vegeta to be at their Cell Games level. Goku's power was the only thing known when the film was in production.

Goku definitely is as there's nothing to suggest his power should be any different, especially with what was known to be 50% of his power already having been showcased at the time of production. Vegeta and Trunks are probably on their 1st Rosat trip level though for reasons Kenshi mentioned.

Unlikely. Gohan has knowledge of Broly's LSSJ form, so his "as bad of a beast as ever" statement wouldn't make sense if SSJ M10 Broly = LSSJ M8 Broly as it'd be obvious Broly had become far stronger, and Broly certainly didn't remain the same as the Daizenshuu confirms he gained a Zenkai. Gohan's statement refers mainly to his character and not power.

He should at least be comparable to FP Perfect Cell if not significantly above him. Wouldn't place him as close to SPC though.

No. All we know is that he's stronger than his base form, but we don't know by what degree. He doesn't necessarily have to even surpass SPC when considering his lack of major feats.
