Ozzy at his peak bit off a dove's head, but a dove has a PL of 1 and he can barely talk any more, so I'm not sure he could even defeat the dove now. The crazy train can kill a few of them if they stand on the tracks.
But the real question is why would he ever fight them in the first place? Maybe he wants to be friends with them?
