Pacifista vs Rob Lucci

Lucci. Luffy wasn't going all out against the Pacifista on Shabody.

Pacifista wrecks Lucci pre-timeskip imo. Luffy was going every bit as all out against the Pacifista as against Lucci and whilst his Gigant Pistol finished it off unlike it did Lucci, it had already been severely damaged by the other Straw Hats beforehand. Furthermore, Luffy was likely significantly stronger by the time he reached Sabaody from having overcome death from his battles with Lucci and Moria, as were most of the other Straw Hats.

Yeah, a Pacifista is much stronger than pre-timeskip Lucci imo. Luffy basically won against Lucci due to a bit of moral support at the end true, but excepting his ridiculous luck he basically had no other help during that fight. He barely won against the Pacifista with the help of all the Straw Hats, not to mention that the Pacifistas are replicas of the real Kuma.

Maybe you guys are right I just don't remember him taking the Pacifista seriously as a plot boss.

It probably feels that way because as powerful as he was, he wasn't the real antagonist of that arc.

It pretty much wrecked the entire crew to beat one pacifista, where as luffy beat lucci pretty much solo. Hell he almost ended the fight with the first giganto pistol.

Yeh Pacifista was able to take a diable jamble jet gatlimg gun from Luffy and continue on. Mind you Luffy and everyone were less prepared for the Pacifista than for CP9, ehuch may have beej a factir.

Despite watching (yes, sorry) it last night (bit when Brook attacks is hilarious and Zoro is a badass taking it out while injured) I'm trying to remember if Sanji or Luffy ever needed saving during that fight (discounting Zoro due to his usual injured state....damn son that guy is like a real fighter; never fully healed), because otherwise Luffy and Sanji were never hit which means that maybe the Pacifista was too slow to actually beat Sanji, Luffy or Lucci one on one and more just was durable and offensively powerful but not a huge threat if they don't stop moving.

But Rob Lucci in base was able to tank Franky's stronger attack, while the Pacifista could not even tank Chopper's attack.

The pacifista cannot use tekkai though

I think he can kill it easily with Shigan.

I doubt that. Shigan is potent, but not something that can simply bypass durability.

Still don't remember the Pacafista landing hit on Sanji or Luffy.

Lucci most likely wins, because you can’t write Pacifista without writing Pacifist. It will most likely try and find a non-violent way of solving the problem which won’t win it this fight.
