With his best spells he's Wall level, though higher if we give him Avarda Kerdarva and has Subsonic reactions. He probably beats BoDB Goku and some of the lesser 21st TB competitors such as Yamcha, Bacterian, Ranfan and Giran, though would get speedblitzed and stomped by anyone stronger.

Anyone from 21st Budokai mainly the likes of Yamcha, Krillin, JC and Goku can take down Voldy's army but provided that they have the knowledge of unforgivable curse so they can dodge them.

Well true but except BoDB Goku/Yamcha are fighting just another human with spells, just replace the guns with wands then it's like fighting an army. I think Goku and Yamcha are fast enough to dodge bullets aren't they?

Fire Spells and Reducto are also stronger than a user's physical capabilities.

Durability-wise, Harry is this tough, if not more so, with him surviving a 200m fall from a speeding bike as well as being smashed through a wall by Nagini.

In both situations where pre-21st TB Goku fought against gunmen, he defeated them before they could pull the trigger, so there was no evidence of him being able to dodge bullets.

21st TB Kuririn can via speedblitzing them as long as he's going immediately for the win and having intel on his opponents. If the DB characters are in character, then it'd take Namu as Kuririn would likely let his guard down against Avarda Kerdava if not knowing what it could do.

Avada Kedavra severs the soul from the body. Depending on who we're talking about, they either dodge it or try to tank it/bounce it away. Nam would probably be the first person who'd try to dodge it instead of bouncing it away, so I guess Voldy stops after him.

He has the power and speed to do so and isn't the type of person to let an opponent hit him when on-guard, so yes.

Nam should be able to one-shot everyone here and is highly supersonic, meaning he can comfortably blitz everyone here who are only subsonic in reactions, so yes.

Still has more of a nose than Kuririn, who can have a nose if the plot demands it.
