For those who don’t know, Pell is the Kaioshin of U2 (Ribrianne’s universe). The Dragon Ball website had entries for every Kaioshin, and Pell’s said he liked to train and wanted to be as big as South Kaioshin.

That being said, South Kaioshin should win. Pell is still training to be as strong as SK, meaning he’s not there yet.
