Those kind of things are understand without saying, I mean, when Cell states that Trunks has grown stronger, does he also makes mention of his SSJ form? When Metal Cooler said that Goku had powered up considerably is he also making mention of him going SSJ?

Koyama also said things like:

^ Its a misinterpretation. He says he doesn't know twice and when finally saying they were about equal he said beforehand that it was from feelings only. Meaning he has nothing to support it and he even says so himself.

Yes. He charges his Ki for 15 seconds to fire. But the Z Fighters released their own Ki attacks, so I don't think we need to calculate any of the blasts.

Then both the combined attack between the 4 SSJs and the Hatchyack attack were amplified.

Just from feats, I have Hatchyack a bit stronger than Perfect Cell, since Vegeta SSJ's Final Flash didn't give him any scratch, but Perfect Cell rivals Hatchyack anyway. I have Broly LSSJ (M8) right between the 2 of them. All 3 are in the same league.
