As methodic as Buu is, I don't see how Cell can win against him, he is shown to be able to get tired and Buu has a far better regen that Cell who consumes ki when he do it.

A good back and forth takes place, but Cell likely falls. Both are demons when it comes to equal PL fights, but Buu moreso.
