I put Piccolo at his absolute best at Cell Jr. level. I usually put him lower than that, which means Vegeta should win this.

Hmm they are about the same power IMO. Piccolo was already fairly close to Vegeta in the Cell Games, so I don't see a problem with Piccolo catching Vegeta's power.

I give this to Piccolo after a pretty hard fight.

They're really close in strength IMHO, so my personal bias says Piccolo.

I think Piccolo vs. 50% FPSS Gaku would probably be a better match here.

I think Piccolo in the Cell Games was already at 50% MSSJ Goku level (actually a bit stronger), so I'd say Boo saga Piccolo was approaching 70% MSSJ Cell Games Goku.
