Who is more powerful and who would win?

So you think that Piccolo, before training with Gohan to face Moro, had surpassed Android #17?

Piccolo in the ToP Manga, was inferior to Goku/Vegeta SSJ, while Android #17 rivaled the PSSJB.

Krillin comments in Chapter 53 of the Manga that the Earth is safe with Gohan and Piccolo. This was when OG73-I first arrived on Earth.

This will mean:

Goku/Vegeta PSSJB (ToP) >= Piccolo (Arc Moro / Pre Training) > Android #17 (ToP)?

Of course not. I’m not sure if Piccolo even surpassed 17 before Super Hero.

Gohan and Piccolo are #1 and #3 strongest without Goku and Vegeta. Even without 17, they’re enough to beat the threat of OG73-I.

Anyway, I think Piccolo surpassed Android #17 in the Finale of the Moro Arc.

Piccolo seemed to be in the same league as Gohan. While Android #17 seemed to be in a lower league.

I’m never sure, but I think I’ll agree. 18 seemed to be in the same league as 17, and Piccolo >> 18.

I’d say 17 is Imperfect SSJB level, while Gohan is PSSJB level and Piccolo falls somewhere in between.

Start of Moro Saga Piccolo is same as always though. He hadn’t trained that much yet.
