M10 had bad animation at a few points, M11 had good animation and no base form fucking around scenes but was doomed by the villain being a weaker, mutated blob version of Broly and probably nowhere near a threat even to Gohan and Vegeta, M12 had great animation for 1995 but the plot was shit and just a precursor to the Super #17 arc, M13 had great animation except for a couple of animation errors. Battle of Gods animation had too much PSX like CGI, FnF had even worse CGI animation while Broly at least used CGI somewhat more sparingly compared to FnF but misplaced it into Broly vs. Gogeta instead of the earlier, more minor fights where they could've just made it less noticeable with the lava and ice and stuff.

I can’t remember which but there was a movie with really bad animation. It probably was 3 or 4. Maybe 6?
Movie 2 wasn’t really bad per see, but Willow’s lab was just a black background and I could barely distinguish him from the walls.

Basically, Initial Post Rosat Gohan out of universe wise vs Movie 8 Piccolo who should be stronger than his pre Rosat self but weaker than his Anime Cell Games self. Gohan will take it but not that easily. Gohan was grouped together with Vegeta and Trunks who were 1st Post Rosat SSjinG2s. Piccolo started to become irrelevant at that point as he was also irrelevant even after the Roast.
