Piccolo (Movie BoG) runs the DBZ Gauntlet

Gohan was Ultimate, but it is mentioned that he was only an SSJ.

Vegeta is surprised how easily Beerus defeated Gotenks SSJ, despite knowing that Beerus had defeated Goku SSJ3 with just 2 hits.

So there are 2 options in the BoG Movie:

1.-) Gotenks SSJ (Boo / BoG)> Goku SSJ3 (Boo) >> Goku SSJ2 (BoG)> Goku SSJ3 (Boo)

2.-) Goku SSJ3 (BoG) >> Goku / Vegeta SSJ2 (BoG)> Gohan Ultimate (BoG) = Gohan Ultimate (Boo). Vegeta in this case was surprised at how easy it was for Beerus to defeat Gotenks SSJ.

Which option is correct and how far would Piccolo go in that movie?

Regardless of what route you go with, I don't see how it would affect Piccolo's standing, particularly when Piccolo would later be presented as at best equal to Shisami in FnF. That said, Piccolo would be lucky to get up to CG MSSJ Goku and get no further.
