I'd say Piccolo ought to win. The gap between Post-God Goku and BoG Vegetto shouldn't be too great when considering the implications of SSJ Goku not being far from 10% of his SSB power and the gap between his base and SSJ self that Piccolo fits in between shouldn't be too great considering his performance against Hit, and it's worth noting Vegetto's BoG self alone should be leagues above his Boo Arc self via scaling from Goku's image training.

If it's anime Piccolo though, he could be simultaneously above SSG Goku and not far off Boo Arc Ultimate Gohan's level with how oonsistent the anime's powerscaling is :troll.

Vegetto SSJ3 (BoG) in the Anime, at what level would he be compared to the characters in DBGT?

Since there's no evidence of him being beyond Galaxy level and most of the statements suggest him to still be below Initial Beerus, weaker than S17 Arc Base Goku without relying on assumptions, at least.

@Captain Cadaver So the SSJ multiplier for Vegetto in BoG, should it be nerfed?

In that case that would mean SBV2> Vegetto SSJ3 (BoG)> Vegetto SSJ3 (Boo). Despite the statement that Vegetto as a whole is stronger than Goku SSJ4?

There'd be no need to when Super and GT take place in separate continuities, making trying to accommodate one another in battle power lists and the like pointless (as though battle powers in general hadn't lost all meaning after the Freeza Arc already).

If we're to take the statement that Vegetto is possibly stronger than SS4 seriously, then it'd be a different matter. However, that statement is very questionable when it didn't refer to a specific SS4 and its sole use in a Chinese promotional pamphlet places even more scepticism and scrutiny on it than on El Manga Legendario.

It could even refer to a hypothetical Vegetto SSJ3 (DBGT)> Goku SSJ4. Deep down, that statement is just as vague as Goku's Super Kamehameha in TB23 with a power of 910.

Managing to catch someone using Time Skip off-guard in itself is a very impressive feat. Even assuming Hit wasn't going entirely serious for him at that level, there was still no noted power up when he started fighting against his SSJ self, making it very unlikely these two versions of Hit were leagues apart.
