Cell is initially 79% of Piccolo, who is holding back in their fight, then ends up being 92.5% of Piccolo.

What do you guys think? Perhaps Piccolo is 205 instead of 200?

I think their fight was closer than that. The gap must be a 10%-13% one.

Remember Cell's absorptions aren't 1:1 since he multiplies his power by absorbing like 100s of thousands humans. He also thinks Piccolo only having one arm is the biggest deal here instead of the Ki drain.

That's true. Cell is absorbing more than just ki, he's absorbing ki and flesh and bone.
