Krillen is capable of putting up a fight against 530,000 power level Freeza. Piccolo is not capable of putting up a fight against Final Form Freeza. So long as you are consistent, I don't have a problem. The gap between Krillen and 530,000 is a 7 fold gap. So long as you have Piccolo more than 7x weaker than Final Form Freeza's initial power, I can't argue too much with you here. But I doubt you'd be willing to be consistent with that.

I fail to see the connection. Vegeta just said that the Gohan's and Krillin's power keep rising so he probably bet that their powers would keep growing. Vegeta was already close to Freeza so having some help from Gohan and Krillin can assure a chance of winning. I have Initial Final Form Freeza 4x stronger than Piccolo.
