Piccolo vs Third Form Freeza

[SuperGogeta]

just like Piccolo distracted Freeza for Goku to do the Spirit Bomb... if Piccolo did this in his Battle against Third Form Freeza, would he win?
Piccolo receives the 85% of Powers of Gohan and Krillin, can he take on Third Form Freeza?
Scenario 2: Piccolo receives all the powers of them
Scenario 3: Piccolo receives 65% of Powers of Gohan, Krillin and Vegeta
Scenario 4: Piccolo receives the Powers of 60% Enraged Gohan and 90% Krillin
Scenario 5: Piccolo receives All the powers of Gohan and Krillin
no Transforming

I think Piccolo(post Gohan and Kuririn ki) exceeded Freeza third form. The power of Gohan (post zenkai) should be too large since Vegeta even regained his hopes. Krillin should also have a considerably high power. I have the 70 ~ 75% Piccolo of Freeza (3rd form).

Piccolo 1,500,000
Freeza(3rd form) 2,000,000
Piccolo(post ki) ~ 2,590,000
