Who wins?

If Piccolo wins easily, make him against post Zenkai Vegeta.

Piccolo: 1,600,000
Gohan: 800,000
Krillin: 250,000
=2,650,000

3rd Form Freeza: 2,300,000

Vegeta post Zenkai: 3,200,000

Piccolo should win this fairly easily. I'd say it would be comparable to Vegeta vs Base Zarbon. He gets destroyed by Vegeta tho.

Kuririn: 500,000
Gohan: 1,200,000
Piccolo: 1,500,000
~ Kuririn and Gohan's Ki: 3,200,000

I have Piccolo stronger than even Base Goku, he can probably take on both at the same time. For reference:

3rd form Freeza: 1,800,000
Vegeta: 2,400,000

@GreatSaiyaman123 since when did you subscribe by such logic? I thought you used V-Jumps battle power for Krillin.

My levels are similar to GSM's except Krillin is maybe 300k for me.

Krill: 300,000
Gohan: 1,000,000
Piccolo: 1,485,000
~ Krill and Gohan's ki: 2,785,000

Using guidebook numbers for the standard, Piccolo would shit on Freeza and even Vegeta, but...I'm built different.

3rd Form Freeza: 2,600,000
Vegeta (post-zenkai): 3,800,000

In the Anime I have Piccolo (With donated energy) stronger than Vegeta (Final Zenkai), but much inferior to Vegeta (Zenkai after reviving). That Vegeta has decided to leave Gohan with Piccolo's intervention, only makes me think that Vegeta cannot defeat Piccolo with a single blow and that if Vegeta hurts Piccolo, it will cause Gohan to become even more enraged than before and give trouble to Vegeta. What Vegeta wanted the most at that moment was to see the power of Goku SSJ and then try to overcome it.

In the Manga I have Piccolo between Freeza Third Form and Vegeta (Final Zenkai).

Well technically I still do, but his power was growing as noted by Vegeta. He might not quite be 500k yet since that's the number I give to Kuririn when Trunks shows up, but he's closer to that than he is to 75k by the end of the day. The bulk of his gains should come from the potential unlock.

Depends on whether Gohan gave him his normal power or his angry power. In the first case, he's slightly stronger than 3rd Form Freeza. In the second case, he's stronger than Zenkai Vegeta.

Gohan was fatigued from the massive blast he used on 3rd form Freeza and the other blasts he fired at 4th form Freeza afterward, Piccolo and Kuririn did use less energy but still fired full power blasts at Freeza. They weren't 100%. Gohan offered maybe a 700K tops and Kuririn probably offered half of that, since he and Gohan both left some Ki for themselves. That being said, I'd probably give it to Piccolo if he's fighting initial 3rd form Freeza, but against his full power (which I think he used to repel Gohan's blast), Piccolo probably suffering from some level of bad stamina due to surpassing his limits with other people's Ki would result in his fall imo.

Do you think Frieza makes an invisible ignition in his Third Form?

Gohan was quite fatigued when he gave Piccolo Ki, having already used up most of it in his rage boosted Masenko and having expended more attacking True form Freeza. Even assuming Piccolo was still at a level close enough to his max his overall power increased (doubtful he was still at 100% prior to it though considering his strained appearance when attacking Freeza along with Gohan and Kuririn and then firing a full power Ki blast), it seems debatable at best how he'll fare against this Freeza. I'll say Freeza wins by virtue of there being more solidity in backing up his placement.

And what about Vegeta backing off his confrontation with Gohan over Piccolo's appearance?

That Vegeta is at least as strong as Goku Base (Post Zenkai on Namek). Anyway I have Vegeta much stronger than Piccolo at the moment, just not shooting material.

That would only apply for the anime continuity, which also added several scenes to buff Piccolo such as extending his assault on Freeza. If talking about his manga self, there's little evidence to suggest his power increased much from his prior peak, if at all.
