Not really. I just don't think it's a notable feat.

I think i should remind you that this list is supposed to be comically bloated. I don't really think Piccolo is 10x weaker than Base Vegeta. Tho i still think he's 1 shot material nonetheles.

How many times stronger would you say Base Saiyan are above Piccolo if you was doing a serious list then? Personally, I think a 4x SSJ multiplier works well in the Boo arc due to Babidi's scouter reading, as well as makes Base Saiyans >>> Pocus >> Shin >>>>> Piccolo look much more reasonable.

Somewhere between 3-4x seems good for me.

I don't like changing the SSJ multiplier. Don't see any reason to assume it decreased other than Toriyama's own words on him writting with a 10x boost in mind post Namek.
