At 1500 he wouldn't be compared to a saibaman and he would've been able to endure both the Makankosappo and Gohan's headbutt like nothing. 1250 is already a bit high but possible if we consider that he still hadn't regained all his strength when Gohan attacked, otherwise he was 1200 like a saibaman at best.

Yes, but with 1500 a saibaman would be fodder to Raditz. A 10% difference in Dragon Ball is already a big difference, so 1500 to 1200 is too much of a difference. 1250 considering the 1307 headbutt of Gohan was a fatal attack for him is already a very generous number for Raditz -and that's only if we assume that he still hadn't recovered all his strength from when Goku held his tail, otherwise he has to be even weaker than that-.

How do you see 24k Vegeta-Zarbon-Dodoria gaps?

Dodoria was clearly above Kiwi and Vegeta when he came to earth so I think he would sit at 21.500 (even if he couldn't put a fight against Vegeta, Vegeta had to go all out against Dodoria in order to kill him). Zarbon was clearly stronger but still clearly inferior to Vegeta, so 22.500 seems right to me.

400k for Vegeta seems to low considering Freeza admitted Vegeta wasn't entirely bluffing on defeating him. 477k is what I usually go with. As for Gohan and Kuririn, I says 300k and 200k.
