So, the first thing we learn about our new Jojo, that being Jolyne, the first female Jojo, is that she was seen masturbating by a prison guard. Hmmmm.

Women can hide money in their boobs, this is very educational.

So she has some kind of super hearing and string/wire powers, interesting, very interesting.

Remember guys, if someone shows to arrest you, press your butt against their junk.

Oof, Jolyne got tricked big time.

Right so some insane furry lady with shrinking powers showed up but she got fucked up real quick.

Jolyne's stand is called Stone Free, it has a n interesting enough design but the best part is it has some sweg shades.

Yikes, it's been a long time since I've read this. Time to get started again, better late than never I suppose.

A map of the prison, that's pretty useful. Maybe.

So there's a baseball kid that lives in a trash can near the visiting area, interesting stuff right there.

So does Jotaro just get younger in each part?

The plot thickens. So Jolyne was put in jaaaaaail because of something that has to do with Jotaro.

Joylne is apparently immune to bullets, damn guns really are useless in this unless you're Mista. Well not immune entirely but she can defend against them.

So the new bad guy has a sniper drone with a special way of tracking things, reminds me of Narancia's stand.

Well, that fight is over now. It wasn't much of a fight though.

Apparently it was all an illusion, alright then.

Yikes, everyone's melting.

Now I'm confused, so does the sniper guy actual exist or not?

Okay, so he does.

Two enemy stands, eh? I wonder who the second one belongs to.

Part 6 is a good part, easily the best of the original 6, but the early segments are definitely a weak start with a fairly aimless structure and the story doesn't really get going until Pucci becomes directly involved. After that, however, it's for the most part anywhere from good to great, outside of a few aspects such as the story requiring several noticeable retcons of Part 3 or Dio's bastard children overall being pointless fodder (not to mention Araki having no real answer to why they're there but Giorno isn't), which hold it back from being as good as the highlights of its mid and end stages would've made it.

Reading some more of this because Gog is a cunt.

So Hermes is back again and she has a stand now too, Kiss. It's got a pretty weird ability. Stands in this part seem really different compared to the stands in the other parts.

So when this guy tries to kill himself the people around him start dying in the same way as him. Okay.

Is there something wrong with the one I'm reading or do the characters actually like stretching their words for no reason?

There he goes trying to kill himself again. I wonder if he just likes trying to kill himself or if his ability is making him do that.

This guy is ridiculous.

Yikes, Kiss' stats are a lot better than I would've thought.

So Blondie accidentally killed a chick who was busy committing suicide and then went to jail for it, talk about unlucky.

And he's dead now. So he could only share damage he was doing to himself it seems, that's just weird.

Yikes, Kiss' stats are a lot better than I would've thought.

Yeah, Kiss' stats honestly seem a little weird when considering it's never treat as some top tier Stand amongst the Part 6 cast, nevermind JoJo in general (though in fairness, the Part 6 group are pretty OP with Diver Down and Weather Report). I think this is a case of Araki's inconsistent memory leading to weird Stand stats.

Yeah, Kiss' stats honestly seem a little weird when considering it's never treat as some top tier Stand amongst the Part 6 cast, nevermind JoJo in general (though in fairness, the Part 6 group are pretty OP with Diver Down and Weather Report). Stand stats in general are irrelevant after a certain point. Part 7 and 8 don't even include them.

In terms of art, yeah. It's probably 2nd only to Part 5 in terms of worst art in the series, despite a few cool stand designs and large scale panels.

In terms of plot, it does get really good at the halfway point or so, though most of the events prior to that are meandering ones against worthless enemy characters that could've easily been cut.

Nothing interesting happened aside from them learning more the discs and where they're located I guess.

There are way too many of these in this part. And most of the time the characters aren't even in the background when they look like this.

Well aside from seeing Stone Free in action for a few pages this was a pretty boring set of chapters.
